All Customers adhering to this system have, 24 hours/day, operational assistance activated by the Alarm Center operators, whenever an occurrence detected is subject to immediate intervention, in accordance with an agreement with the customer.

• Consisting of personnel specifically trained for the function, they come to designated locations for support and immediate treatment of the situation that has occurred;
